What we saw this week was incredible: a party that pushed us to a $16 trillion debt and pledged to dig us deeper. They promised more of the same policies that have resulted in unemployment over 8 percent for 43 straight months. They proclaimed that we all belong to the government and their delegates booed the inclusion of God and Jerusalem in their platform. Last night we saw the failed former Governor of Michigan and MSNBC host literally go berserk on stage.  Joe Biden continued to spew nonsense that required the suspension of disbelief. And President Obama? He desperately tried to ignore the last four years and returned to the same empty promises of four years ago.
