Allen West Weekly Wrap Up Oct. 27, 2013 via allenbwest.com

ABW 2

What an incredible inaugural week for allenbwest.com. It was certainly better than that for healthcare.gov, and we want to thank you all for sharing your time with us. We’ll continue to provide you with concise assessments of critical issues affecting our economy, sports and culture, national security, and foreign policy.

This week we’ve seen reversals from Democrats on the individual mandate of Obamacare, which unfairly taxes Americans. That could be the good news.

There were some interesting “this day in history” anniversaries such as the first parachute jump in 1797, the tragic loss of 250 Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers at the hands of Iran in Beirut in 1983, and the birth of the United Nations in 1945.

We were unfortunately reminded that the Democrat party is still comfortable with the despicable imagery and symbology of the Ku Klux Klan, courtesy of Florida Rep. Alan Grayson. Speaking of Florida, 300,000 Floridians became the latest victims of Obamacare when Florida Blue dropped their health insurance coverage. And we still see an unemployment situation which becomes more dire with each passing month. We can only restore this Republic by educating the citizenry. That is our goal, because the uninformed may turn us all into subjects.

Steadfast and Loyal
