Lt. Col Matthew Dooley, a West Point graduate and highly decorated combat veteran, was an instructor at the Joint Forces Staff College at the National Defense University. He had 19 years of service and experience, and was considered one of the most highly qualified military instructors on Radical Islam & Terrorism. He taught military students about the situations they would encounter, how to react, about Islamic culture, traditions, and explained the mindset of Islamic extremists. Passing down first hand knowledge and experience, and teaching courses that were suggested (and approved) by the Joint Forces Staff College. The course “Perspectives on Islam and Islamic Radicalism” ,which was suggested and approved by the Joint Forces Staff College, caught the attention of several Islamic Groups, and they wanted to make an example of him.
They collectively wrote a letter expressing their outrage, and the Pro-Islamic Obama Administration was all too happy to assist. The letter was passed to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff , Martin Dempsey. Dempsey publicly degraded and reprimanded Dooley, and Dooley received a negative Officer Evaluation Report almost immediately (which he had aced for the past 5 years). He was relieved of teaching duties, and his career has been red-flagged.
“He had a brilliant career ahead of him. Now, he has been flagged.” – Richard Thompson, Thomas More Law Center
“All US military Combatant Commands, Services, the National Guard Bureau, and Joint Chiefs are under Dempsey’s Muslim Brotherhood-dictated order to ensure that henceforth, no US military course will ever again teach truth about Islam that the jihadist enemy finds offensive ,or just too informative.” – Former CIA agent Claire M. Lopez (about Lt. Col Dooley)
The Obama Administration has demonstrated lightning speed to dismiss Military brass that does not conform to its agenda, and not surprisingly, nobody is speaking up for Lt. Col. Dooley.
IT’S A SAD DAY FOR THIS COUNTRY WHEN GOOD LOYAL MEN LIKE THIS GET THROWN UNDER THE BUS BECAUSE NOBODY HAS THE COURAGE TO STAND UP!
THIS BRAVE SOLDIER NEEDS OUR SUPPORT, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION AND DEMAND HE BE RETURNED TO DUTY. THIS PRESIDENT COMMITS ACTS AGAINST OUR NATION ALMOST DAILY. CONGRESS IN THEIR SILENT CONSENT SEEM TO AGREE WITH HIM. DEMAND JUSTICE, LET’S MAKE THIS GO EVERYWHERE. ~Benghazi~

“What kind of country have we become when we allow Islamic organizations with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood to ruin the career of an Army officer with 6 combat deployments, decorated for Valor? The fact that these groups went to now CIA Director John Brennan with their complaint when he was our counter-terrorism adviser warrants investigation. We are giving domestic Islamic jihadists welfare. We cease interrogations of domestic Islamic jihadists to read them Miranda rights. We are calling treasonous domestic Islamic jihadists perpetrators of “workplace violence.” The Attorney General is lecturing Americans about reprisals. Enough! I believe this Obama administration is indeed aiding, enabling, and abetting our enemy, radical Islamic jihadists. The evidence is certainly mounting and I am sick of the progressive socialists who just want to excuse this away and try to silence us as “Islamophobes.” You progressives are all complicit in this as well! I want Lt. Col. Dooley back on the list for consideration of Battalion Command, anyone not agreeing is in the camp of the enemy. Read and share this article. Call and write the Secretary of the Army, Chief of Staff of the Army, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, and President Obama…ask them whose doggone side are they on?”

Former Congressman and Army officer Allen West tells Newsmax that the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday show once again that terrorism is “relentless” and demands constant vigilance.
The Florida Republican also warns that every American is in a “combat zone” due to the threat of terrorists, who seek to create as much death and destruction as possible.

West rose to the rank of lieutenant colonel and served in Iraq and Afghanistan before his retirement in 2004. He was a member of the House Armed Services Committee and the Tea Party caucus but lost his House seat in redistricted Florida in 2012. West is now director of Next Generation programming at PJ Media.
In an exclusive interview with Newsmax TV on Tuesday, West discusses the tragedy that unfolded in Boston.
“First of all I want to send out heartfelt condolences to those who have lost a loved one, those who are wounded – multiple amputees – as well as some of the South Florida running community that were there in Boston.
“One of the things we have to understand is this idea of terrorism is something that is relentless, it’s very determined, it’s very diligent, and we have to continue to keep the pressure on. Remember we have to be right every time and they only have to be right one time, and we saw that occur.
“It is very troubling that again we have this happen, but we were very successful, maybe even lucky, that the Times Square bombing did not occur, we had the underwear bomber that was on the aircraft that was landing in Detroit, we had the gentleman who wanted to take an attack against President Bush down in Texas.”
Senior White House officials say they consider this an act of terrorism. But President Barack Obama, speaking from the White House on Monday, pointedly avoided using the words “terror” or “terrorism.”
“It is significant,” West observes. “I hate to say it but in a lot of people’s minds we still have not resolved the issue of Benghazi and many of us are concerned about that. A lot of the words that we heard from the president yesterday kind of mirrored what we heard about Benghazi, and we have not gotten to the bottom of it, we have not brought anyone to justice. We lost an ambassador, two former Navy SEALs and a state department worker, and we know it’s a terrorist attack.
“Words do matter and I can’t understand why the president did not call this a terrorist attack because that’s what everyone has called it, especially when we look at the issue of improvised explosive devices and the fact that they were from the waist down so you had the horrific effect of losing limbs, but also the fact that you had multiple explosions. This is kind of like a kill zone that was designed there toward that finish line at the Boston Marathon.”
Mideast and terrorism expert Walid Phares told Newsmax on Monday that there’s a 50/50 chance the Boston bombings are the work of foreign terrorists, perhaps al-Qaida. West was asked if the bombings appear to be an act of jihad or domestic terrorism.
“We don’t know. We have to get to the bottom of it and I’m sure a bomb always leaves a signature and we have some of the top bomb experts and forensic experts in the world and they’ll be able to piece it together,” he responds.
“But when you look at what we call in the military the TTP, the tactic technique procedures, yes it does look like the type of event and improvised explosive device that you would see in the combat zone in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“But we also have to understand that IEDs are used down in Mexico and we know that we have a Hezbollah influence down there and an Iranian influence in South America. We need to wait and make sure we get the right type of evidence.”
As for the motive of whoever was responsible, West declares: “The motive is very clear — to instill terrorism. The motive was to create as much death and destruction and maiming of American citizens.
“This was a very intricately planned event and the fact that it was in hour four of the marathon means you have security that is relaxing a little bit, you have more of the family-oriented runners that are coming in, so the perpetrators knew exactly what they were doing.”
Asked if we can expect similar attacks in the future, West tells Newsmax: “The element of surprise is lost and that’s the thing that a terrorist wants to create. I don’t believe that they will want to try to follow that with another type of attack because you already have people at a heightened state of security and awareness.

The Left’s Rush To Judgement – Blamed The “RIGHT” After Boston Bombings – Allen West – Hannity
To say there’s a lot going on in our country right now would be an understatement.
That’s why my team and I have prepared a personalized, confidential United We Stand survey just for you. Rest assured your answers to this survey will be kept confidential.
You see, as Washington debates immigration reform and contemplates gun control’s demise in the Senate, officials continue to assess the true threat posed by a nuclear North Korea and renew their resolve to bring to justice those who wish Americans harm. As we mourn the lives lost in the Boston terror attack and Texas fertilizer plant explosion, we’re reminded that we live in a brave and selfless society where first responders run into danger to save lives and keep Americans safe and free.
It’s a pivotal time in our nation, and how we choose to handle each of these situations will determine America’s role in the world for generations to come.
I believe it’s critical to defend our Second Amendment rights, secure our borders and hold illegal immigrants accountable, neutralize the situation in North Korea, and show the world that we will not allow terrorists to prevail. But most importantly, I believe we must stand united to defend our conservative values, the Constitution, and our American way of life.
Today I need to know you stand with me.
I need to know that you share these beliefs, and that’s why I’m asking you to complete the United We Stand Survey. Will you take a moment right now to tell me where you stand on the most critical issues facing our nation today?
Please follow this link right now to take the brief United We Stand Survey. After completing it, please make a generous contribution to the Allen West Guardian Fund to help us distribute this survey to over 1 million Americans over the next ten days.
Americans have overcome great obstacles in the past, and I have no doubt we will again…if we stand united. But the stark truth is we’re under attack. The left wants to take away our guns, the Republican establishment is willing to give Democrats free rein in passing immigration reform, and the security of American civilians has been breached.
Now is the time for us to stand united—as Americans first and conservatives second—to defend our nation.
As a retired Colonel in the U.S. Army, I’m no stranger to a difficult battle, but I know I can’t do it alone. We must band together and fight for the country we love. That’s why I need to know that you too believe in the core values of our mission.
Once I have your completed survey (rest assured your responses will be kept confidential), I will use the overall results as a road map to:
>>> Demonstrate to the media that conservative values and defense of the Constitution are time tested ideals that won’t fade after a disappointing election;
>>> Confront the progressive left as they try to claim a mandate for their liberal policies and push our nation closer to socialistic decay; and
>>> Help select and fund the next generation of conservative leaders in Congress.
Your responses will be conveyed to this group to demonstrate the will of “We the People.”
So will you complete the United We Stand Survey right now? It will only take a few minutes and it’ll provide me with invaluable information for the fight ahead, so please do not delay.
After taking the survey, I hope you’ll make a generous contribution to the Guardian Fund to ensure we have the resources to distribute this survey to over 1 million more Americans over the next 10 days and ultimately win this battle. Thank you in advance for your support.
Steadfast and loyal,
Lt. Col. Allen B. West, USA (ret)
U.S. Congressman (2011-2013)
P.S. I urgently need to know you’re willing to stand with me to defend our conservative values, the Constitution, and our American way of life. That’s why I’ve created the United We Stand Survey. It’ll only take a moment to complete, so please follow this link right now to take the United We Stand Survey. After, please make a generous contribution to the Allen West Guardian Fund and help us get this survey in the hands of more than 1 million more Americans. Thanks—Allen

Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.”
— George Santayana
We should study history not just to memorize dates and places but to analyze trends. I see our country once again following a particular disturbing trend at a critical time when we should be more prudent.
Now, I will be one of the first to say that we can find savings of taxpayer dollars in the Department of Defense budget. Before I was sworn in as a member of Congress, I stated on Meet the Press in the waning months of 2010 that we could find fraud, waste, and abuse in that budget.
As a member of the House Armed Services Committee, I backed up that assertion in April 2011 when my first piece of legislation, which identified and eliminated funding for several wasteful programs in the DOD budget, made it to the House floor. It passed 393–0, and the savings to the American taxpayer was $35 million per year.
However, what I see occurring now is not judicious cost-cutting but the degradation of our military capability. We are once again forgetting that the preeminent responsibility of the federal government is to “provide for the common defense.” Some people have confused this with providing welfare and guaranteeing happiness on the notion of limitless rights.
Since World War I, we as a nation have viewed any end of major combat operations as an opportunity to achieve fiscal responsibility through cutting the military budget. When World War II ended, we ramped down, and then we had to ramp back up for the Korean War. After the Vietnam War and the Cold War, we once again gutted our military capability.
I was commissioned as a second lieutenant on July 31, 1982, and the following year, after graduating from the University of Tennessee, I went on active duty. I witnessed the transformation of the U.S. military in my early years: Humvees, Bradleys, Abrams tanks, Apache attack helicopters, Blackhawk transport helicopters, and Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) artillery, the A-10 close-air support platform — all this new technology and equipment was instrumental in my first combat tour, Operation Desert Shield/Storm.
We were highly trained and ready for action thanks to our soldiers’ preparation at places like the National Training Center in the California desert. But after the victory came the reduction in forces, and defense cuts became the source of funds for government spending on other programs, such as midnight basketball.
In those days, we did not have enough small-arms ammunition for rifle qualification. We had to carefully budget our annual allocation of artillery rounds, so we did more dry-fire operations. The shortage of spare parts and tools made maintenance operations very intense. But the one thing we could not control was that the world was growing yet more dangerous. The enemy pays attention to our weakness, and they have a vote.

@AllenWest Already we have useful idiots with apologetic stances. Americans, don’t become complacent. Know your enemy & learn about the 21st Century battlefield
I pray everyone enjoyed a nice weekend. However, we must all remain vigilant and resilient. America suffers from a high level of attention deficit disorder and we become distracted by the sound bite. Let me share with you a favorite axiom of the Taliban I learned in Afghanistan: “Americans may have watches but we have the time.”
One week ago today we were reminded of the savage, calculating barbarism of radical Islamists. And sadly enough we already have useful idiots seeking apologetic stances. I humbly request we all do as Sun Tzu stated in “The Art of War” and know your enemy. Do not fall back into complacency, nor become alarmists, but become educated on the nature of the 21st century battlefield. Furthermore, as we go forward, elect leaders, not just empty vessels of rhetoric.
On today’s Next Generation Today, Allen, Michelle and John talk about why the news out of Syria just keeps getting worse, why residents of Cyprus should invest in shovels and Jim Carrey‘s Twitter war with the NRA that lots of folks think hits the wrong note.
Plus, Michael Bloomberg is launching a $12 million ad campaign on gun control and March Madness bracket busting has seriously impacted the next generation, particularly the generation attending Florida Gulf State, LaSalle and Wichita State.
