    Conservative!?! Hardly.

Scalia was conservative ONLY when compared to his fellow liberals who stood to his left.

Scalia wasn’t even anti-infanticide (abortion), except personally. As an officer of the Constitution (rather than Yahweh and His law), he consistently took the position that it should be left for the States to decide.

For what constitutes genuine conservatism, see online blog article “Right, Left, and Center: Who Gets to Decide?” at http://www.constitutionmythbusters.org/right-left-and-center-who-gets-to-decide/.
