Military officials consider these U.S. cities facilities as alternatives to GITMO

AS REPORTED BY FOX NEWS:

The Defense Department is taking another look at the military prison in Kansas and the Navy Brig in South Carolina as it evaluates potential U.S. facilities to house detainees from the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, part of the Obama administration’s controversial push to close the detention center.

Navy Capt. Jeff Davis, a Pentagon spokesman, said a team was surveying the Disciplinary Barracks at Fort Leavenworth on Friday and will do a similar assessment at the Naval Consolidated Brig in Charleston later this month. Davis said the team will assess the costs associated with construction and other changes that would be needed in order to use the facility to house the detainees as well as conduct military commission trials for those accused of war crimes.

now we know why Obama slam-dunked giving Cuba victory in the face of defeat: those “high-level” Muslim criminals at GITMO get to these United States and he can dance around their “rights” . Whatever Obama chooses to do, we stand, tongue-tied and powerless, in large part via his control of the major news media (Susan Rice’s husband, etc). Now we have been fed the line that all will be well, after the next election. Well, that President, if it happens, won’t take over until JANUARY 2017 = 19 months, which is an eternity.

Here is one Alcatraz they should be used to living

office and is convicted He can go live there as well.

Once on US soil they have rights and we (taxpaying US Citizens) have to pay for it, then Obozo will pardon them all and set them free on the American public. Sound familiar???

What’s wrong with holding them at the McMurdoc Station in Antarctica and accidentally leaving the door open to their cells. They think they can escape? Then let them!

Make the Euros house the prisoners! It’s time for them to take care of the trash for a change! I hear Greece needs some income!

Close Gitmo, turn it over to the Cubans, and send back all the Cuban invaders that have been coming here for decades…………………………sound like a plan?

Put them in those FEMA camps.

Leave them right where they are , Obama wants to empty it out so he can give it back to Cuba with our navy base. I see castro wants to sue us for all the years of the embargo can see where this whole deal is going. 1st thing before anything should have been sending that murder chesimard back to NJ for killing state trooper..

Close the prison. Chain the prisoners in diverse, unrelated groups and drop them in a convenient desert somewhere in Africa or the Middle East or elsewhere in Asia. Keep the port and the airbase at Guantanamo Bay open and under our control. Screw the Cubans until the commies are completely gone from power.

LISTEN UP! These sorry cowardly bastards are enemy combatants and nothing more and have the blood of our fallen troops on their disgusting hands. They have no friggin rights other than those given by the Geneva Convention period. WTF! Oboingo wants to bring them here and treat them like US citizens and let them lawyer-up. You gotta be shittin me! I say put everyone of them before a firing squad ASAP! A bullet is the cheapest way to deal with these dirtbags.
