Allen West: The tyranny of the progressive socialist left is evident right here in Dallas

There was very little truth used in Dallas City Council this week as they voted to remove the statue of Confederate General of the Armies, Robert E. Lee. This statue is another victim of the fake offense that this statue suddenly causes. The hypocrisy of this action needs to be followed by an opposite and equal rraction from the conservative side. Allen West shows how we can use Aliskie’s Rules for Radicals and turn it against them. A call to action is what this sounds like.

As Written By Allen B. West:

Yesterday, as I sat in the Dallas City Council chamber and looked at those council members, there was a clear revelation. The tyranny of the progressive socialist left was evident, and their delusional ideological agenda prevalent.

I sat there before the Council of a city with a failed pension plan for its Police and Firefighters. There is an entire area, South Dallas, where the despair of broken families, drugs, crime, lack of economic development, and stagnant education opportunities is palpable.

Yet, for the Dallas City Council, the most pressing emergency issue was to remove the statue of Confederate General Robert E. Lee. This is a statue that has been in existence in Dallas since 1936, and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt — a Democrat — was there to speak at its dedication. When Lyndon Johnson, a Texas Democrat, was President, no one complained about General Lee’s statue…and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. never railed against Confederate statues and monuments. During the presidencies of two Southern Democrats, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton, of Georgia and Arkansas respectively, not a word was spoken about Confederate statues and monuments. For eight years of the reign of Barack Obama, not a peep about removing Confederate statues…but there was an opportunity the left exploited: the shooting at a church in Charleston, South Carolina.

However, the murderous actions of one person could only go so far, and it did result in the removal of a Confederate battle flag on the grounds of the State Capitol in Columbia. Interestingly enough, that flag was raised during the tenure of a Democrat, and lowered in the tenure of a Republican Governor.

But since the November 2016 election, there’s been a dog whistle, and the liberal progressive left has responded with a relentless zeal attacking Confederate statues and memorials — like they’ve all of a sudden created divisiveness. Sitting there yesterday and listening to those who wanted the statue of General Lee to be removed, their logic and reasoning was confused and historically inaccurate.

What was clear? They all had their talking points about white supremacism, slavery, and racism.

The reason we constitutional conservatives are always on the defense is that we do not have a proactive strategy. We don’t have these major funders, such as a George Soros, Jeff Bezos, Tim Gill, Tom Steyer, Warren Buffett, Mark Zuckerberg — nor do we command the massive machines of the entertainment, media, academic, and cultural elites.

However, that does not mean we sit back and wait on some beachhead like Dunkirk for either our demise or our rescue. We must fight back, and use insurgent-like tactics to undermine the progressive socialist left — using their own means, words, and tactics. If not, we will find ourselves slowly defeated. It is time for us to choose, and issue the call to turn it into a national movement, and relentlessly advance until we find success.

And yesterday, it hit me like a ton of bricks…

If the left wants to go down the path of fighting against white supremacy and racism, well, here is an idea: let’s use Saul Alinsky’s rules against the radicals — namely one specific rule, Number 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.“ If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. “You can kill them with this” because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.

Planned Parenthood was founded by a known white supremacist and racist, Margaret Sanger. The fact that this is not widely known throughout the United States is appalling. If statues of Confederate Generals, and the statue of Christopher Columbus, must be removed, then, so should Planned Parenthood be shut down.

Margaret Sanger was well received by the Ku Klux Klan, and she embraced them, and spoke to their Women’s Auxiliary. Margaret Sanger’s ideas, thoughts, and perspectives were welcomed and implemented by Nazi diabolical scientist Josef Mengele. Margaret Sanger referred to blacks in terms of being “undesirables,” yet she is celebrated by the progressive socialist left, the Democrat party. To think that the last Democrat presidential nominee was the recipient of the Margaret Sanger Award — something she was proud of — should be grounds for condemnation. Not only that, Hillary Clinton also claimed that Senator Robert Byrd, a white supremacist, racist, Ku Klux Klan Grand Wizard, was one of her mentors. Is this what the Democrats want as leadership?

Now is the time for a national movement to remove Planned Parenthood from the public sphere and certainly end their taxpayer funding. Why do we have, in America, an organization founded by a white supremacist having such major…….2
