Boris Nemtsov, leading Putin CRITIC, shot and killed in Moscow

DEVELOPING –  A top political nemesis of Vladimir Putin was shot and killed early Saturday in central Moscow, Russian police said, one day before an opposition rally was scheduled to take place.

Boris Nemtsov, a former deputy prime minister, was shot at from a passing car, The Washington Post reported. At least seven shots were fired at the 59-year-old, the paper reported, citing the Interfax news agency.
