Chaffetz: Why Probe into Clinton’s Emails WILL Continue 

House Oversight Committee chair, Rep. Jason Chaffetz has said Congressional investigations are not over. Hillary Clinton probably thought that she had heard the last of this. After all, she just lost the Presidential election and therefore deserves some compasion and consideration. In other words, she is probably counting on escaping the consequences of her actions. Maybe not, this time.

The congressional investigation into Hillary Clinton will continue, despite her election loss, Rep. Jason Chaffetz said on Sunday.

Chaffetz, R-Utah, and chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said that the issue of using an unauthorized private email extends far beyond Clinton and that there are “dozens” of people in her inner circle still under investigation.

“I’d be derelict in my duty if I just let it go and said, ‘Well, there’s an election,'” Chaffetz said on Fox News.

The emphasis of the continued investigation is ensuring that a similar incident “never, ever happens again,” Chaffetz said, noting that some who were involved are still working in the federal government, including Patrick Kennedy, the undersecretary of state for management…..
