Senator Ted Cruz has warned that the GOP had better deliver on campaign promises or face the prospect of pitchforks and torches. He is speaking of the GOP’s last chance to deliver as a political party or be destroyed by the voting and working class. I have contended for quite a while that the new third party should be Pitchforks and Torches. If they don’t drain the swamp, someone might set fire to the swamp.
As Written The Katherine Rodriguez for Breibart:
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said Sunday that “there will be pitchforks and torches in the street” if the Republican Party doesn’t deliver on its promises to voters.
“If we’re given the White House and both houses of Congress and we don’t deliver, I think there will be pitchforks and torches in the streets. And I think quite rightly,” he told ABC’s This Week, responding to a question from Martha Raddatz about Trump having “changed his tune” on many of his core campaign promises.
