This Week’s FUBAR Story

The clean meaning of the acronym FUBAR is; Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition. If you have served in the military you will be familiar with the stronger, cruder version. Whichever version you prefer, the actions of this judge in sentencing for a rape case fits the acronym to a Tee. Like the Father’s of many girls and young women will attest, the sentence that these perpetrators receive did not fit the crime. Here are the Colonel’s words of wisdom.

As Written By Colonel Allen West:

This will not take long, and I believe you will find this as insulting, troubling, and angering as I do.

What type of society have we become? Sadly, it appears that we have another judicial activist that fails to understand what a “crime of violence” is. This story is indicative of — and reflective of — the moral decay of the black community.

As reported by Fox News:

“A family in Colorado is outraged after two men, who were accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old girl with their brothers and cousins, were only sentenced to probation. Tommy Williams, 20, and Clarence Williams, 19, were each sentenced on Tuesday to a minimum of 10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation, with a maximum of life on probation, KKTV reported.

The men are two of six suspects accused of sexually assaulting the young teen in December 2016 inside of the Stonebrook Terrace apartment complex in Colorado Springs. The victim’s grandfather was shocked at the sentencing, telling the news station: “There was six of them and they gang-raped my granddaughter.”

The group of suspects — some of whom are reportedly related as cousins or brothers and identified as Jacolby Williams, Tyron Williams, James Williams, and a juvenile, in addition to Tommy and Clarence — were with the girl on Dec. 19, according to The Gazette. The victim told police she knew one of the men, and he invited her into the apartment to play video games. The 13-year-old said she went to the home with some female friends, but they left when she went to the bathroom. Arrest records, KKTV reported, state that two of the men then pulled the teen from the bathroom and forced her into a bedroom where the other four suspects were waiting. The victim’s grandmother said at a sentencing in February that her granddaughter was passed around the group of men “like a hand on a clock” during the attack. She added in court Tuesday that the 13-year-old may never be able to have children. In January 2017, Tyron Williams was also sentenced to 10 years to life of sex offender intense supervised probation. Before his sentencing, he apologized to the victim and her family, and reportedly said that “If I knew she was underage, it wouldn’t have happened in the first place.”

Ten years of sex offender intensive supervised probation? And this animal said that “if he knew she was underage, it wouldn’t have happened in the first place?” So, are we to then believe that if she were of age, 18 or older, then the gang rape was acceptable?

What unnerves me more than anything is the fact that this article says nothing about a mother or father. That more than anything else causes me the gravest of concern. Very simply put, we can kick the judge who made this decision off the bench. We can express our outrage — which I hope you will do — and reverse this sentence. As a dad to two young women, these young men would have a countdown clock over their heads indicating their soon to come expiration date.

This young girl, a 13 year-old girl, is forever scarred, and to know that the animals that did this to her will still be walking the street is unconscionable. We need to accept the fact that this young girl has been failed on so many levels. The progressive socialist policies of Lyndon Johnson decimated her chances of having a traditional two parent home. The pansy system of judicial activism let her down. If there was an example of a “war on women” this goes right to the top. How can anyone explain to this young girl that those animals — look at their faces — who brutally gang raped her will not be imprisoned for life? These bastards took away something precious from her, the ability for her to be a mother, and they will only serve ten years of “intensive supervised probation.” These vermin deserve a bullet, nothing less, as they represent those who are not a part of civil society.

As stated, this would not be long, and I am tired of hearing the liberal progressive rants about racism. Racism had nothing to do with this tragedy, that is played out all too often in the urban centers in America, controlled by the leftists.

The judge who made this decision must be taken from the bench. The sentence MUST be changed to the maximum felony offense and these cretins must be incarcerated…if not executed.
