Trey Gowdy Goes OFF on Democrats stalling Benghazi Investigation

Despite critical responses from the left, Gowdy has refused to be deterred, taking a harsh stance on the State Department’s testimony.

The five Democrats on the committee have become increasingly frustrated by the “partisan investigation,” according to The Washington Examiner.

Democrats like Rep. Elijah Cummings of Maryland have questioned Gowdy’s “unilateral, and unnecessary subpoenas.” The Democratic members expressed outraged over Gowdy’s alleged private meetings with witnesses–although it is within the rules of the committee to hold such meetings.

Gowdy, however, plans to move forward with the investigation despite criticism.
